Refund and Cancellation Policy

All digital products sold on Mulhern Teaches English (instant PDF downloads) are final at the point of purchase. Because a digital download cannot be returned or unused after receipt, I do not issue refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Failure to read the product description before purchase
• Duplicate purchase of the same product
• Inability to open the file due to buyer’s software or hardware
• Belief that the product does not meet the buyer’s specific classroom needs

If a product file is genuinely corrupted, damaged, or cannot be delivered due to a technical error on my side, I will provide a working replacement file at no cost. This is a replacement, not a refund. Please contact me within seven days of purchase with a description of the technical issue.

Before You Buy

To help you decide whether a resource is right for your classroom before you commit to purchase:

• Each listing on the Resources page describes what’s inside and gives its length.
• If you’re unsure whether a resource is a fit for your students, write to me before purchasing. I’d rather help you find the right resource than sell you the wrong one.

Payment and Delivery

All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. Mulhern Teaches English never sees or stores your payment details. Once payment clears, your files open on the confirmation page, hosted at authorjamesmulhern.com, and the download link is also emailed with your Stripe receipt to the address you provide. Answer keys are not included in the downloads; teachers may request them as described on the Resources page. Kindle and paperback titles are sold by Amazon, and Amazon’s own policies apply to those purchases. If your receipt does not arrive within a few minutes, please first check your spam folder; then contact me and I will help resolve delivery.

License — What You May Do With What You Buy

When you purchase a resource from Mulhern Teaches English, you are purchasing a single-teacher license unless the product description explicitly states otherwise.

You may:

• Use the resource in your own classroom, in unlimited academic terms, with your own students.
• Print copies for the students in your own classes.
• Post the materials to a password-protected learning management system (Canvas, Google Classroom, Schoology, etc.) accessible only to your enrolled students.
• Edit or adapt the resource for your own classroom use.

You may not:

• Share, re-sell, redistribute, sublicense, or gift the resource to other teachers, tutors, or schools.
• Post any part of the resource on a public website, blog, or social-media account.
• Upload the resource to any file-sharing service, AI-training corpus, or third-party marketplace.
• Claim authorship of the resource or represent it as your own work.
• Use the resource to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning model.

If you would like to share a resource with colleagues, please direct them to purchase their own copy, or contact me about multi-teacher and school-wide licensing.

Intellectual Property

All resources, lesson plans, unit guides, answer keys, blog essays, and site content are the copyrighted intellectual property of James F. Mulhern and Silver Current Press LLC. All rights reserved. Purchase of a resource conveys a license to use, not ownership of the underlying material. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or public posting is a violation of United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 501) and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

Quotations from copyrighted literary works appear within these resources under the fair-use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107) for the purpose of criticism, comment, teaching, and scholarship. Every quoted work is properly attributed.
